Pool Bartender

Part-Time

Reports To: Assistant Clubhouse Manager & Assistant Managers

Specific Responsibilities:

  • Provides superior service behind the bar by preparing drinks according to recipe standards.
  • Knows all beverages i.e., beer list, cocktail list, liquors, wine.
  • Knows all menu descriptions of bar menu and dining room menu.
  • Ensure the consistency in the presentation and recipes of all cocktails.
  • Ensures all stock is up to par levels.
  • Completes daily inventory and inform servers/managers of any changes.
  • Ensures responsible service of alcohol by following all legal requirements including carding and consumption.
  • Follows all proper sanitation guidelines.
  • Reports to work on time and ready to work scheduled shift.
  • Always maintains a clean and orderly appearance of bar area.
  • Maintains smooth flow of service between bar and server requests.

Qualifications:

  • Full time & part time available
  • Able to work flexible hours, days, nights, weekends & holidays.
  • Strong communication skills; must be able to speak, read and understand English.
  • Exhibits strong beverage knowledge. 1-year high volume experience preferred.
  • Must pass a background check.
  • Liquor License (Mandatory)
